JUHANNUS PARTY IN FINLAND VILLAGE 25 JUNE, 2005
On Midsummer's Day (25 June) Koumi machi and Finland Village organized the fourth Finnish style Midsummer party at the Village. The number of participants increase year by, and this time about 250 persons, including 18 from the Finnish community in Japan, enjoyed a lot of good entertainment, food and drinks, and an original "Juhannuskokko". Actually there where two kokko's this year, as we also had a smaller one floating on a pontoon on the lake.
